Hampton Inn Colorado Springs-Airport

Breakfast was average for motels. Front desk clerk wasn’t at desk. After hearing her talking on the phone in the back for about 5 minutes I finally tried calling out to her, after another minute she came out. I observed afterwards that rarely was anyone at the front desk. Also my wi fi didn’t work after putting my my name and room number in to log on. Was going to call desk for help but no front desk button or number to call desk on phone. Phone not in good shape. The room was in good shape and clean.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast has plenty of choice.

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was great and gave recommendations of places to go and were very friendly. I loved the location.

I like the comforting feeling of the bed. It was like you are sleeping on the clouds. I also like the spacious area which is quiet and peaceful that is away from the downtown noisiest places.

The staff was very nice. Our room was ready on arrival. The room was nice just a little smaller for the price I wasnt thrilled but that wasnt a big deal. The hot tub and pool seemed very clean and it was fun to hang out with my kids and husband, we basically had it to ourselves 👍👍 Over all we honestly were content with our stay.⭐⭐⭐⭐
